Fri, September 8, 2006 - 11:05 AMI liked Reich's book, "Listen, Little Man." Some tend to dismiss him due to his erratic behavior toward the end of his life, but his works still seem to have some influence in the psychiatric community. -

Sat, September 9, 2006 - 1:55 AMj.r. : you were spot-on about reich, and 'listen, little man!' is a good intro to his great work. yes, his later years were somewhat kooky, but not as kooky/evil/insane as the government that confiscated, burned his books, and murdered him in prison. first he ran from the nazis, then the communists, etc., but it took the good ole usa to put an end to his 'heresies'. dlh. -

Re: outlaws
Thu, September 28, 2006 - 10:42 PMThat whole episode is bizarre.
Why was he persecuted so?
So, I'm curious, is there anything to those contraptions associated with him, probably more towards the latter part of his life, like the cloud buster or the orgone accumulater? They seem like simple enough machines to replicate.
