Pre-APA Celebration of Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology

The Association for Transpersonal Psychology and the Association for Humanistic Psychology are celebrating the reconnection of the two sister organizations by co-sponsoring a day of workshops. The day will begin with 5 concurrent Integrative workshops on:

* Mindfulness: The Heart of the Matter
* Applied Ecopsychology: Ingenious Solutions from Nature
* Presencing Paradoxical Perspectives: Embracing Opposites while developing our "Integral Intelligence"
* Critical Psychology: Engaged Theory and Practice
* Varieties of Spiritual Crises: Assessment and Therapy

* Continuing education credits for psychologists, MFTs, LCSWs, and RNs are available for an additional charge of $15. Presenters include Leslie Gray, Bert Parlee, Matthew Bronson, David Lukoff, Christel Lukoff, Tod Sloan, Isaac Prilleltensky, and Dennis Fox

These workshops will be followed by an Intergrative Panel, including presenters from the day's workshops. All attendees of the integrative workshops or the evening celebration are welcome to attend this panel presentation.

Finally, the event will conclude with an Evening Celebration of the Reconnection of AHP and ATP. This wine and cheese celebration will commence with elders from the field sharing origin myths, stories, and wisdom to celebrate this new era of a re-united ATP and AHP.
