I would like to moderate this tribe. I currently moderate tribes.tribe.net/jung
All I really do is check the new posts to ensure there's no misconduct . I'm not the best for creating new topics or making a tribe "active" as that is not my goal or intention. Sound postings from the members that fit the group is what attracks people and inspires response.

Some moderators do that very well. With the Jung tribe I mostly keep the alts at bay. I know much about Jung and have used his processes of transformation since 87. The membership has an exceptional knowledge base covering all aspects of "being" and I have seen many excellent dream interpretations, yet I feel challanged to come up with appropriate topics for that group.

I agree this is a quiet tribe, like the Jung one. We are deep thinkers and quickly see through the BS, so few people muck with us. That cuts a great amount of traffic right there. The EGO thumpers are busy else where. We are also sensitive and intitive, I'd guess most prefer not having too much thrown up at them, so to speak and treat each other with that like respect. Quite nice actually.

On the other hand, I get retentive from time to time and need to open up, but often will hold back until...
